By accessing or using the Daxov platform, including the website, trading interface, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

The Services are not offered to persons or entities in jurisdictions where their use would be contrary to applicable law or regulation.

To access certain features you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Enable two-factor authentication to protect your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Do not share your password, API keys, or 2FA codes with anyone.

Daxov provides access to spot and derivatives (including perpetual futures) markets. All orders are subject to the platform's matching rules, available liquidity, and applicable limits.

Market data, prices, and order book information are provided in real time on a best-efforts basis. Execution prices may differ from displayed prices due to market movement.

Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Leveraged products can amplify both gains and losses.

You acknowledge that you trade at your own risk and that Daxov does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Please review our Risk Disclosure for more detail.

You agree to pay all applicable trading, funding, and withdrawal fees as published on our Fees page. Fees may change, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes in advance.

You agree not to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law or these terms.

• No use of the Services for unlawful purposes.
• No interference with or disruption of the platform's integrity or performance.
• No attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms, applicable law, or to protect the platform and its users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daxov and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or assets, arising from your use of the Services.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Daxov is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
