AML Policy

Last updated June 2026

This Anti-Money-Laundering Policy outlines the controls Daxov maintains to prevent the platform from being used for financial crime.

1. Our commitment

Daxov is committed to the highest standards of anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) compliance. We maintain policies and controls designed to detect, prevent, and report financial crime.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC)

We verify the identity of our users in accordance with applicable regulations. Depending on activity and jurisdiction, you may be required to provide identity documents and additional information.

  • Identity verification at onboarding and for higher account tiers.
  • Ongoing verification where activity or risk indicators change.
  • Refusal or limitation of service where verification cannot be completed.

3. Transaction monitoring

We monitor activity on the platform for patterns associated with money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, and other illicit conduct, using automated and manual review.

4. Sanctions screening

We screen users and transactions against applicable sanctions lists. We do not provide services to sanctioned persons or in prohibited jurisdictions.

5. Reporting

Where required, we report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful requests. We may freeze or restrict accounts in connection with such matters.

6. Record keeping

We retain records of identity verification and transactions for the periods required by applicable law, even after an account is closed.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Services only for lawful purposes, and not to use Daxov to launder funds or finance illegal activity.
